HUMAN RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT

Mission

The HR&D WG’s objective is to provide coherent and coordinated set of actions to help HR executives and workforce to meet the challenges of the automotive supply industry in the face of increasing globalisation, a changing operating environment and a new regulatory framework.

Tasks &s objectives
  1. The HR&D WG defines and disseminates best practice on training concepts for the supply chain;
  2. promotes lobbying activities;
  3. implements European Projects;
  4. brings leadership improvement as well as workforce development initiatives.
